After so much waiting, it's hard to believe that I fly out tomorrow morning. I will be flying from Baltimore to Atlanta, where I will meet my team as well as the FYM group to Africa in Gainesville, GA for one week of training camp. (Tonight will also be my last hot shower for a while, as the showers at camp are ever-so-thoughtfully crafted out of PVC pipe, tarps, and garden hoses!) Then on the 15th, we fly to Managua, Nicaragua! I'm packing up the computer now because of getting such an early start, so consider this my last post before... who knows when.

Many thanks to those of you who are keeping me in your prayers - God is going to do amazing things during the next 9 months! And although I know it's not always going to be easy, but I am so excited to join Him!
