Life here is once again starting to pick its pace back up and I am getting back into the swing of things. There are a lot of new ministry opportunities to check out that were not available last semester so until the team has had a chance to try more of them out, most of us have not made final decisions as far as what our focus will be. I love being back in Granada, though it's a new house and a new routine (or lack of) to get used to. Living in close community with my teammates, and now also with Carlos and Manuel since we've joined them at El Puente, still has its complications and requires giving grace every day. Thankfully, God is patient with me as I learn.
Cooking is going well - I learned how to make that rice, but I still don't deep fry my eggs. At times it can be interesting with a second (stubborn) cook in the kitchen *cough*manni*cough*, but somehow it works out! We had two birthdays in the last two days, and one coming up in about a week, so we're celebrating them all tonight after dinner with some sort of party which will be crazy fun.
I hope this post isn't too much of a letdown after last week's. Thank you so much for your prayers for me and my team as we make these decisions about the upcoming semester. I can't wait to let you know what awesome stuff God does here, and I can't wait to hear what awesome stuff he does back home too! Love you all. :)
